At no charge to the school and at no obligation to your students, Empire is able to capture a memory your students will treasure forever. Your school will receive two complimentary 12x30 jumbo prints and one matching frame as our gift to you, which may be used to adorn your halls as a reminder of the generations of students who have passed through your school.

Our highly trained photography team will arrive one hour before the scheduled shoot time. They will set up their specialized equipment and prepare the seating arrangement to minimize the time your students spend taking the picture. Each individual will be easy-to-see and recognizable. Nobody will be cropped out. Everyone is visible in an Empire group photo. We guarantee it!

All we ask is that you distribute order envelopes to the students during homeroom a few days before the picture is taken. Students who wish to order a panoramic photograph simply complete the envelope and bring it with them to the photo shoot. Each picture is printed with a title showing school's name and class year.

Within a week of the shoot, proofs will be delivered to the school to insure that the picture printed is one that you and your staff have approved. In approximately three weeks of the shoot, finished photographs are delivered to the school for distribution. Direct Mail solutions to the student's home are also available as an option.
